The flowmeter has been verified according to the verification regulation before delivery.For example, vortex flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter, turbine flowmeter, coriolis force mass flowmeter and so on, calibrate the meter on the standard device one by one and calibrate the scale.However, after the flowmeter is installed on the site after the factory verification, if the equipment is improperly selected, the measuring range is improperly selected, the matching between the appliances is inappropriate, the installation is not reasonable, the environment is bad and other reasons, the error will be too large.

Therefore, it is an important job to check the flowmeter on site.In the use of the field to check the flow meter, generally including zero point check and outside the zero point of the value check, usually the first zero point check, after the zero point is normal, if there are conditions to carry out the other points of the value check.Therefore, the zero point calibration of the flowmeter is particularly important.

The utility model relates to a systematic calibration method of a gas flowmeter, which is characterized by:

Step 1. Replace the pressure gauge with high precision standard pressure gauge;

Step 2: inflate the gas tank and pipe network. When the pressure of the gas tank increases to the highest working pressure as indicated by the high precision standard pressure gauge, close the two-position valve supplying gas to the pipe network.At the same time, the pressure value of the gas tank and the accumulator of the calibrated gas flow were recorded.

Step 3. The stored gas of the total gas capacity begins to supply gas to the user. When the pressure of the gas tank drops to the usual pressure of the user, the pressure value of the gas tank and the cumulative value of the calibrated gas flow accumulator Q are recorded at the same time.

Step 4. Calculate the total gas capacity of the gas tank and pipe network system. The gas tank pressure drops from the highest working pressure to the output gas volume during the period of common pressure of users.Where K is the calculation coefficient, V is the total gas capacity of the specific energy gas pipeline network of the enterprise, and Q2 is the gas storage capacity converted into standard state before gas transmission.Q1 is the volume of gas storage converted into standard state within the total gas capacity after gas transmission;

Delta Q is the change in the total gas capacity before and after gas transmission converted to the standard state of gas storage;P2 is the reading value of the standard pressure gauge before gas transmission;P1 is the reading value of the standard pressure gauge after gas transmission;

Step 5. When the pressure of the gas tank is calculated to drop from the highest working pressure to the common pressure of the user, the added value of the accumulator of the corrected secondary flow in this period is delta Q, in which delta Q = Q measurement 1-q measurement 2;

Step 6. Calculate the error of the calibrated gas flowmeter;Absolute error = delta Q test - delta Q;Relative error = absolute error/standard flow value;Step 7. Correct accumulator flow coefficient according to relative error.
