The ultrasonic flow meter utilizes the principle of low voltage and multi-pulse time difference, adopts high-precision and ultra-stable 

double-balanced signal differential transmission and differential reception digital detection technology to measure the acoustic wave 

transmission time in the upstream and downstream directions , and calculates the flow rate according to the time difference. 

Ultrasonic flow meter has the characteristics of good stability, small zero drift, high measurement accuracy, wide range ratio and strong 

anti-interference.

Among them, the insertion type and the clip-on ultrasonic flowmeter are widely used in various industries for their advantages of convenient 

installation and high measurement accuracy.

The working principle of ultrasonic flowmeter: When the ultrasonic beam propagates in the liquid, the flow of the liquid will cause a small

 change in the propagation time, and the change in the propagation time is proportional to the flow rate of the liquid.

At zero flow, the two sensors take exactly the same amount of time to transmit and receive sound waves (the only technology that can actually

 measure zero flow). When the liquid is flowing, the acoustic wave transit time in the upstream direction is greater than that in the downstream

 direction.

 of the sound beam in the liquid, D is the inner diameter of the pipe, Tup is the sound beam propagation time in the positive direction, Tdown

 is the sound beam in the The propagation time in the reverse direction, ΔT=Tup–Tdown, calculates the flow rate V through the above formula,

 and then calculates the flow rate through the pipeline data D we input to the transmitter.
