Selection of bitumen metering pump

Today a customer asked what kind of metering pump to choose for pumping asphalt and what kind of asphalt pump can

 meet his needs. Here are the detailed requirements provided by the customer:

Pumping liquid: asphalt

Liquid viscosity: 100-300CP, temperature is 190℃

Flow range (min~max): 20-40 L/min

Working pressure: 2 bar

Working temperature: 190℃ to 220℃

We need a motor, and the motor type is a 24V DC motor.

In addition, we need to know more details about pump lubrication and how to keep the pump clean and free of asphalt after 

completing daily activities.
