Selection reference for thermal oil circulation pump

Today, we received a customer who needs to know how to select a thermal oil circulation pump. He provided the following detailed

 working information:

Medium: thermal oil (particle-free),

Viscosity oily, low viscosity

Temperature 300

120L per hour, i.e. 2000 ml/min

Need to be insulated

Pump pressure: outlet is about 0.3mpa, inlet is about 0.2mpa

Equipped with explosion-proof motor

After analysis by our technicians, we finally recommended our 30CC gear metering pump, made of hot melt adhesive. Use 

insulation jacket for high temperature and electric heating for low temperature.
