Natural gas odorizing metering pump

Today we received a customer's inquiry about electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump for natural gas odorization

The customer provided the following information:

Medium: odorization

Pressure: 3.2-3.6MPa, hourly flow rate not less than 0.5L/H, room temperature

Pump head is made of stainless steel, and the motor is explosion-proof

Parameter table of odorizing device:

Natural gas flow rate 6293~21780Nm3/h

Dosing concentration: 20mg/Nm3

Odorizing point operating pressure: 3.2~3.6MPA

Design pressure of odorizing point: 4.0Mpa

Odorizing tank volume 60L

After analysis by our technicians, the technicians said:

Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps cannot produce such high pressures, and conventionally they are within 8 kg

It is recommended that customers use plunger metering pumps
