Differential pressure flowmeter measuring principle, differential pressure flowmeter is the longest use history, the most widely used a kind of flow meter, but also one of the most mature flow meter in production.It has the characteristics of simple principle, simple equipment, no moving parts, reliable work, long life, mature application technology and easy to grasp.

Differential pressure flowmeter consists of primary device and secondary device.The primary device is called flow measuring element, which is installed in the pipeline of the measured flow body and produces a pressure difference proportional to the flow (velocity) for the secondary device to display the flow.Secondary device scale display instrument.It receives the differential pressure signal generated by the measuring element and converts it into the corresponding flow rate for display.The primary device of differential pressure flowmeter is usually throttling device or dynamic pressure measuring device (pitot tube, speed equalizer, etc.).
