Both electromagnetic flow meters and turbine flow meters can be used to measure water flow, but their applicable scenarios and characteristics

 measurement accuracy.

choose depends on your application needs and budget. If you require high measurement accuracy, good stability and insensitivity to solid 

particles and bubbles in the fluid, then the electromagnetic flowmeter may be more suitable; if you require lower price and lower maintenance 

costs, and the fluid does not contain solid particles and bubbles, Then a turbine flow meter may be more suitable.
