Regarding the customer's requirement for an MO-VFM vortex flow meter (for superheated steam applications), and based on the

 provided parameters (temperature 0-400℃, pressure 40 bar, flow rate 0-35 tons/hour, 24V DC power supply, 4-20mA output, DN150

 diameter), our technicians recommended an isolated replaceable temperature and pressure integrated vortex flow meter. This meter

 is highly compatible in core parameters and optimized for the specific needs of steam measurement. The following is a detailed analysis:

instrument (e.g., orifice plate flowmeter + differential pressure transmitter).


Explosion-proof Rating: If the steam pipeline is located in an explosive environment (e.g., chemical, oil and gas fields), it is necessary

 to confirm whether an explosion-proof type (e.g., ExdIICT6) is required. The recommended product does not specify an explosion-proof 

rating and requires further communication.
