Safety warning:
Gear pumps can produce high pressure differentials. Excessively high pressures can damage the system and cause harmful liquids to injure personnel on site. Operating conditions that exceed design limits can also damage pumps or motors.
The pump and motor work together. Before disassembling the pump, please cut off the power of the motor and release the pressure in the pump completely.
Before starting the pump, please make sure that the tightening screws of the pump body are installed correctly.
Do not change the parts of the pump and motor. Any changes may reduce the pressure rating of the pump and cause injury to people. Please use original repair parts approved by the manufacturer.
The pressure of the pump is 25Bar at room temperature. The normal operating conditions of the pump should be lower than this value. If the leakage of the medium will cause serious consequences, please confirm the safety of the pipeline connection before starting the pump.
The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 150°C. High temperature will reduce the pressure of the pump.
If the medium will corrode the pump body or seals, this type of pump cannot be used in this condition. Under such conditions, the reliability and tightness of the pump will be greatly reduced.

Application industry
Miniature magnetic drive gear pumps are designed for liquid transportation from 20ml / min to 51000ml / min.
They are suiteblw for systems such as feeding, dosing, lubricpting, sampling, spraying, dispensing, printing, chemical pressing, filtering, cleaning, recycling, and coyting.
Equipped with built-in encoder of integrated DC motor NP pumps can be applied in small space occasions; Equipped with explosion-proof motor NP pumps can be applied in flamable and explosive situations; Equipped with speed control motors.
Operation Note
Magnetic drive ring:
The magnetic drive can make the pump meet the requirement of zero leakage. It can also protect the system from overpressure and particle ingress. When the poles of the inner and outer magnetic rings are misaligned by the external force, decoupling occurs.
When the pump is blocked, the motor may continue to run, but the pump will stop. To resume operation, stop and restart the motor completely. If you continue to stall, check the system for overpressure. If the system pressure is normal, the pump body must be disassembled to check whether foreign particles enter the pump body, causing the gear to block. After cleaning the internal parts, reassemble the pump set. Before restarting, please turn the blades of the motor fan, at this time the pump and motor should rotate smoothly and unhindered.
Operating pressure:
Excessive pressure difference between inlet and outlet will make the magnetic coupling slip. Excessive pressure fluctuations in the system can cause slippage.
Self-priming:
The pump has a self-priming function, but it is confirmed that the gear is wetted by the pumped liquid before starting.
Dry transfer:
Dry running will cause permanent damage to the pump. Please confirm that there is liquid in the pump cavity when the pump is running.
Reverse:
The pump should rotate clockwise. Short-term reversal is acceptable, but long-term continuous reversal will shorten the life of the pump.
