How to apply Polyurethane adhesive in the mixing ratio of 10:1 by micro gear flow meter?
As you know, JSN micro gear flow meters can measure many medium such as diesel oil, offset ink, perfume, clear lacquer, Hydraulic oil, grease,
skydrol, lubricating oil, cavity waxes and Polyurethane adhesive resin.
Today let us talk about the high viscosity mini flow meter used for measuring polyurethane adhesive.
One of our Brazil customer ask us to give him a solution about how to control the mixing ratio of Polyurethane adhesive by flow meters.
They are doing a job together with SIkaflex to apply a polyurethane(medium) based adhesive in the mixing ratio of 10: 1 (data sheet attached)
the volume to be applied is 50 grams per piece.
This is the spoiler of the in the car of the Volkswagen released month, as this adhesive does not allow the variation of the mixture so they have
the idea of test with two flow meters installed before the mixer controlling by means of electric pulses the speed of the gear pumps by means
of servo drivers.
They need to build equipment to apply adhesives, buy the robots and build the glue cell and the flow meter to control the variations of the
mixture, to ensure that there is a change of temperature.
